1. IntroductionOn our website or on our official social media pages, you can perform the following operations:
- make donations;
- purchase services;
- purchase products.
We believe every decision you make is yours, and that you аре responsible for your choices. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur — a mistaken payment, an order that doesn’t meet expectations, or a change of plans.
This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for donations, return of products, or refund for services, according to the laws of the Republic of Moldova and CNV Moldova’s values of transparency and respect.
2. DonationsWe believe every donation comes from the heart, and we deeply appreciate when people choose to support our mission of fostering empathy, respect, and understanding within communities across Moldova. All donations made via
cnvmoldova.md or through our social media channels are used transparently and exclusively for the purposes declared by the organization.
If you made an erroneous donation (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate transaction), you can request a full or partial refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
Donation refund procedure:Fill in the
standard refund formThe refund will be processed within 30 calendar days from the confirmation date.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund if funds have already been used for charitable activities or ongoing projects, in which case an equitable alternative will be proposed (e.g., redirecting the amount to another project or issuing internal credit for a CNV event).
3. Services (trainings, workshops, programs)CNV Moldova’s services include trainings, workshops, educational programs, and participation in events.
Cancellation and refund conditions:
- Cancellation at least 10 days before the event → 100% refund;
- Cancellation less than 10 but at least 4 days before → 50% refund;
- Cancellation less than 4 days before → no refund;
- No-show without previous notice → no refund.
100% Satisfaction GuaranteeWe believe in the quality of our experiences and the value of Nonviolent Communication practices. If you attended a CNV Moldova training, workshop, or program and feel that you did not receive the promised value or were not satisfied with the experience, we guarantee a full (100%) refund — no questions asked, except for long-term programs. For programs longer than one day, refund requests should be made after the first training day.
Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the request.
4. ProductsProducts purchased through
cnvmoldova.md may be returned according to Article 20(2) of Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
General conditions:
- The product was not used;
- Original packaging, tags, and seals are intact;
- Purchase receipt or proof of payment is provided;
- The product is returned in its original condition.
Products can be returned in person at the CNV Moldova’s office, or via courier (at the buyer’s expense).
The refund will be issued according to the method specified in the return form within 30 calendar days of product receipt.
Exceptions:Returns are not accepted for:
- digital materials (PDF files, video courses, downloadable presentations);
- personalized products (with name, logo, or custom design);
- items purchased through non-refundable vouchers.
5. Return request procedureFor any type of return (donation, service, or product), please fill out the
standard return form.
After receiving your request, CNV Moldova will confirm receipt within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days after the confirmation.
